I’m not a big fan of downloadable, desktop apps to manage my online, social life. I’m more in alignment with web-based tools like Google Docs, Threadsy, Tungle, and now Seesmic Web. True, Seesmic Web has been out for a while now with some great functionality; Twitter streams, Twitter Lists, and even Foursquare location-based integration. But [...]

At a supposed 500,000 square feet and roughly five times the size of the company’s existing data center in Newark, California, the new facility Apple is building in North Carolina is on schedule to be complete before the end of this calendar year. The questions revolving around the blogosphere since 2009 have been – what [...]

One of my favorite webpreneurs, Erin Blaskie, recently held a very insightful seminar on key strategies for generating quality blog content. As we, in this world of interweb content delivery and creation try to provide our audiences with information that is worth reading it is always helpful to receive points and direction from those that [...]

Web developers – rejoice ! Google has released a utility that quite clearly helps us ensure that the majority of our key site content is visible “above the fold”. Image via Wikipedia Revision 3 has done something that is, quite frankly, pretty ingenious.
