The IT-centric website Toolbox.com recently completed their 2010 Employment Survey and there was some interesting data that was uncovered about how job seekers are using social media to find employment.

The survey primarily focuses on salaries, locations where the “best paying jobs are”, and how long a typical job search lasts. But check out the slide deck below to see how candidates are using social media (Facebook, LinkedIN, Plaxo, etc.) and leveraging those networks to get that foot in the door.
